For the best fit, measure a shirt you already own and love.

Width (Chest): Lay the shirt flat and measure straight across the chest from armhole seam to armhole seam.

Length (Body): Measure from the top of the shoulder seam straight down to the bottom hem.

When between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or size down for a more fitted look.
