At Crickett’s Creations, we take pride in creating thoughtful, personalized custom items. Because custom orders require design work, coordination, and production time, please review the policy below before placing your order.
By placing a custom order, you agree to the terms outlined here.
🧵 WHAT COUNTS AS A CUSTOM ORDER
Custom orders include (but are not limited to):

Bulk Custom Orders
💳 DESIGN DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
$20 DESIGN DEPOSIT REQUIRED
A $20 non-refundable design deposit is required for eligible custom orders, including gift baskets and bulk custom projects.
Eligible items include:

Custom Shirts (single & bulk)

Custom Grad Packs
-
Custom Graduation Stoles
-
Custom Vending Machines
-
Custom Baby Gifts & Closet Crates

Custom Gift Baskets
-
Custom Party & Print Items
-
Custom Memorial Items

Bulk Custom Orders
The design deposit:

Secures your place in our design queue
-
Covers initial design work and coordination
-
Is applied toward your final order total
-
Is non-refundable once design work has begun
Design deposits will only be refunded if Crickett’s Creations is unable to complete the order.
After your design proof is approved, a separate invoice will be sent for the remaining balance.

FULL PAYMENT AT CHECKOUT (NO DESIGN DEPOSIT)
The following items require full payment upfront and do not require a design deposit:

📝 CUSTOMIZATION FORMS (REQUIRED)
All custom orders require a completed customization form.

Forms must be completed within 24 hours of placing your order

Orders without a completed form may be delayed or canceled

Production timelines do not begin until:

The form is submitted

Proof is approved
-
Full payment is received
-
🎨 PROOFS & REVISIONS

One digital proof is included with each custom order unless otherwise stated

One revision is included
-
Additional revisions may incur an additional fee
-
Proofs must be approved before production begins
⏱️ TURNAROUND TIMES & RUSH ORDERS

Turnaround times vary by item type and season

Rush service may be available for an additional fee

Rush requests must be noted on the customization form

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Late form submissions
-
Delayed proof approvals
-
Incomplete or inaccurate information

🚫 CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because all custom items are made to order:

All custom sales are final once approved
-
No refunds or cancellations after proof approval

Design deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun
📸 PHOTO & IMAGE QUALITY
If your order includes photos:

Images must be clear and high resolution
-
Poor-quality images may affect final results
-
Jumbo Face Fans require one clear face per photo (no group photos)

We understand memorial orders are deeply personal. Please review all details carefully before approving your proof. If you have time-sensitive needs, note them clearly on your customization form.
