Custom & Personalized Orders

All of our products are made to order and customized specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please double-check all spelling, names, dates, and design details before submitting your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Production times vary by product — please refer to individual product listings for estimated turnaround times. Crickett's Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of ordering. Crickett's Creations is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer (e.g., misspelled names, wrong dates, incorrect sizes).

Refund & Return Policy

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales on personalized items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error on your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will remake or replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 2 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
