📸 CUSTOMIZATION

Provide your details and we’ll handle the design.

🎨 PROOF & APPROVAL

After your order and customization form are submitted, here's what happens:

1. Design proof sent within 1–3 business days — You'll receive a digital mockup of your shirt design via email for review.
2. You review spelling, names, dates, and layout — Check every detail carefully. Your approval confirms the design is print-ready exactly as shown.
3. Spelling & text changes — Minor corrections (e.g., a misspelled name) are covered by your one included revision. Additional changes may incur a revision fee.
4. Approve within 48 hours — Production cannot begin until approval is received. Delays in approval push back your ship date.
5. No changes after approval — Once you approve the proof, the order is locked for production. All custom sales are final.

📋 Full policy details — including deposits, revisions, and cancellations — are on our Custom Order Policy page.

📌 IMPORTANT

All custom items are made to order. Please double-check your details before checkout — names, dates, and spelling cannot be changed after proof approval. A completed customization form is required within 24 hours of ordering. Production timelines do not begin until your form is submitted, proof is approved, and full payment is received.
